Ice skating - Other sports

It is an indescribable feeling to skate on ice. Every skater will agree with that, no matter if he is competing in the skating marathon in Friesland, preparing himself for the Winter Olympics, or simply making his rounds on the local ice rink.

The clothing standards in this sport are extremely high (and more specifically in competitive skating). On the one hand, the skater’s comfort must be ensured in all conditions. At DECCA, we aim to do that with a warm yet breathing lining, keeping the suit dry during lengthy exertions. On the other hand, during manufacturing we cannot neglect the laws of aerodynamics, for in ice skating a small detail can make the difference between either losing or winning. The aesthetical aspect should neither be forgotten: that is why clubs can develop their own design, in consultation with our company designer.
